What if I’m late for my appointment?
We are usually fully booked and everyone has a set time allocated to them. We protect each patient’s appointment slots to be fair to patients who arrive on time for their appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, please give us a call and our friendly staff will advise you accordingly.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
