A valid 8 digit phone number is required for online booking. If we are unable to contact you for confirmation your appointment may be cancelled. Appointments booked with an invalid phone number will be cancelled immediately.
Online appointment booking is available for NEW PATIENTS only.
Online Booking: Things To Note
Rescheduling: Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we need at least 48 hours notice.
Cross Infection: Patients who are ill should reschedule their dental appointments to avoid potential discomfort during dental treatment & prevent cross-infection to the staff and healthy patients.
Punctuality: Please arrive 3 minutes before your appointed time. Punctual clients will be seen first. Due to time constraints, clients who have missed their appointed times may be rescheduled.
Payments: Expected at the time of treatment.
Insurance Cards – AIA dental insurance, IHP and Fullerton Healthcare cards as well as CHAS and Pioneer Generation cards need to be valid and presented upon arrival at reception.
Smilepoint is open from Monday to Saturday.
